摘要
由于中国能源分布与电力需要的不一致分布的问题,受端电网外受需求及规模的规划问题显得尤为重要。为研究受端电网合理的特高压外受电需求及规模,文中基于概率性准则的卷积法计算得到可靠性指标,并利用可靠性计算可靠性理论核算地区电网的外受电需求;然后通过静态安全稳定性规划电网能够输送的规模。最后通过对某受电地区进行算例分析,得到了外受电需求与规模,证明了方法正确性。
Due to the different distribution of energy distribution and power demand in China, the study of demand and scale of receiving-end grid is particularly important. To study reasonable UHV external power demand and scale of receiving-end grid, this paper uses the convolution method based on probabilistic criteria of calculation to obtain the reliability index, and calculates the external power demand of the regional power grid by using the reliabihty theory, and then through the static security and stability of power grid, plan the capable of transportation scale. Finally, an example is analyzed to obtain the external demand and scale. The method is proved to be correct.
