摘要
新生代农民工市民化是在乡村劳动力转移过程中产生的具有中国特色的现实问题,直接影响着新型城镇化的推进以及社会主义和谐社会的建设。基于生命历程的视角,通过对新生代农民工市民化的动态轨迹分析,发现市民化过程中伴随着生存职业、社会身份、自身素质、意识行为四个方面的转变,且每个转变都需要教育作为支撑。应通过开展职业培训、转变生存职业,传播闲暇文化、实现社会身份认同,实施人文教育、涵养文化素养,引导自我教育、树立城市生存观念等途径,助推新生代农民工的市民化进程。
The urbanization of new-generation migrant workers come up with the process of rural labor transformation.It influences the construction of new urbanization and socialist harmonious society directly.From the perspective of life-course,the study on the dynamic locus of urbanization of new-generation migrant workers show that the process of urbanization is accompanied by the transformation of professional identity,social identity,self-quality consciousness and behavior.Each transformation requires education as support.In view of the important role of education in the urbanization of new migrant workers,we should improve their vocational identity,social identity,comprehensive cultural quality and concept of urban survival through the continuing education in order to accelerate the integration of the new-generation migrant workers into cities.
