摘要
结合转辙机的电流曲线值、定位和反位表示、表示电压等采集值,设计了一种转辙机故障诊断模型,以实现对转辙机的故障诊断。该模型对转辙机的故障原因定位具有较高的识别率,可进一步推动信号设备由计划修到状态修转变的进程。
A fault diagnosis model for switch machine is proposed by making comprehensive judg- ment based on current curve value, normal and reverse indication, indication voltage and other collection values of the switch machine. Experiments show that this model can pinpoint the fault of the switch machine with a high recognition rate and further promote transforming the maintenance of signal equipment from planned maintenance to on-condition maintenance.
