摘要
本文结合双钱集团(重庆)轮胎有限公司全钢子午胎车间围护结构设计情况,探讨了橡胶工厂建筑节能的重要性及节能措施,着重分析建筑外围护结构的节能问题,论述了过去在橡胶工厂的设计中哪些习惯做法与国家标准《橡胶工厂节能设计规范GB 50376-2015》中推荐的传热系数限制相符,哪些做法不能满足指标要求,哪些做法尚需与相关专家及同行讨论,且加以补充完善,并在实践中应用。
In this paper, according to the design of building envelope in steel radial tire workshop of Double Coin Group(Chongqing) Co.,Ltd. The author has make a search on the importance and measures of building energy saving of the rubber factory, emphasized analyze the energy saving issues of the building envelope,and makes a description on the practices design method which we used in the rubber factory in the past had been in line of the recommended limit heat transfer coefficient in national standards of "Rubber Plant Energy-saving Design Specification GB50376-2006",and which design method cannot be met the requirement of target, and which design method still need to discuss with experts and colleague, then make it more perfect, and applied in practice.
