脱氢表雄酮对卵巢低反应患者体外受精-胚胎移植/卵胞浆内单精子注射治疗结局的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着女性生育年龄的推迟和国家计划生育二胎政策的全面放开,年龄相关不孕症的发生率呈现明显增加的趋势。近年来,尽管辅助生殖技术(ART)的发展取得了重大进展,但卵巢低反应(POR)仍然是一个主要问题,并在临床实践中提出了新的挑战。如今越来越多的生殖医学中心开始对POR患者使用脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)进行预治疗。本文将对DHEA在POR患者中的应用研究做一综述。
