摘要
我国大部分城市都存在着内河水体质量不达标、城市工业企业排放不过关等问题,严重影响了公众对城市环境的感官认知。基于对某经济开发区内河的实地考察,通过分析论证,提出控源截污、河道清淤、水生态修复等措施相结合改善解白河上游水质,解决黑臭问题;同时建立河道信息管理系统,确保长效的监督机制实行。
In most of China＇ s cities, there are problems in the water quality- of inland rivers and the discharge of urban industrial enterprises, which seriously affect the public perception of the urban environment. Based on the field investigation of the inland river in an economic develop- ment area, through the analysis and demonstration, the measures of controlling source pollution, river silting and water ecological restoration are put forward to improve the water quality- in the upper reaches of the Baihe River and solve the problem of black odor. At the same time, the river information management system is set up to ensure the implementation of the long effective supervision systenL
