摘要 由于化石能源等一次能源的短缺,可再生能源在能源结构中的地位越来越重要,太阳能作为可再生能源的重要组成部分,也被世界各国所重视。文中的研究重点是太阳能发电技术。首先,文中通过分析光伏发电技术的原理、流程,光伏发电系统的装置和结构特点,总结出在光伏发电技术中,晶硅电池的转化效率高,但是生产成本昂贵,而薄膜电池结构简单、成本较低是将今后发展的趋势。其次,通过结合数据,将塔式、槽式、碟式三种太阳能热发电技术以及光伏发电技术进行对比,总结出光伏发电技术,因其技术成熟,结构简单是目前太阳能发电站的主流。 Due to the shortage of fossil energy and other primary energy,renewable energy plays an increasingly important role in the energy structure. As an important part of renewable energy,solar energy has been attached great importance by all countries in the world. The focus of this paper is solar power technology. Firstly, by analyzing the principle and process of photovoltaic power generation technology, the device and structure characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system, this paper summarizes that in photovoltaic power generation technology, silicon cell conversion efficiency is high,but the production cost is expensive,and thin film battery structure is simple,low cost is the future development trend. Secondly,through the combination of data,the tower-type,trough-type,dish-type solar thermal power generation technology and photovoltaic power generation technology are compared,summed up the photovoltaic power generation technology,because of its mature technology,simple structure is the mainstream of solar power plants.
