摘要
基于项目公民行为对项目绩效影响的理论,构建项目公民行为通过关系形成项目绩效的路径,提出重大工程项目公民行为——项目绩效演化模型及行为策略。采用多Agent仿真的方法,讨论重大工程工程总承包模式下项目公民行为对项目绩效的动态积极影响过程,并分别讨论了成本对项目绩效实现的抑制作用、关系对项目绩效实现的促进作用以及行政支持和员工精力上限对项目绩效实现的积极作用。最终发现,促进重大工程项目公民行为——项目绩效实现,需要促进行政对项目各利益相关方的支持、帮助项目内利益相关方保持和谐的关系、增强项目利益相关方项目公民行为成本意识、调动项目内员工工作的灵活性。
Based on the theory of project citizenship behavior on project performance, this paper constructs a path from project citizenship behavior to project performance by relationship, and proposes an evolution model for megaproject citizenship behavior and project performance. Based on the evolution model, it proposes corresponding behavioral strategies. It uses the multi-agent simulation method to analyze the dynamic influence of project citizenship behavior on project performance under the EPC model in megaprojects. The analytical result reveals the fact that the megaproject citizenship behavior cost has a negative influence on project performance, but the relationship between the project, the administrative support, and staff energy limitation of the project have a positive influence on project performance. It is found out that to promote the megaproject citizenship behavior and project performance achievement, it is necessary to enhance the administrative support for all project stakeholders, to help project stakeholders maintain a harmonious relationship, to enhance the cost awareness of project stakeholders, and to arouse the flexibility of the employees＇ work in the project.
