摘要
农户生产行为"不守信",直接影响食用农产品质量安全,防范农户"不守信"生产行为可从源头保障食用农产品质量安全。通过实地调研,以食用农产品生产为例,梳理农户生产行为"不守信"的表现,从委托代理视角探究农户"不守信"生产行为的发生机制,从制度视角剖析农户生产行为"不守信"成因,从农户自律视角提出防范农户"不守信"生产行为对策,以期从源头保障食用农产品质量安全。
Farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior directly affected edible agro-products quality and safety, and the prevention of farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior was very important for ensuring edible agro-products quality and safety from the source. Therefore, based on field investigation, took the production of edible agricultural products as an example, firstly, the performance of farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior was combed. Secondly, farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior mechanism was explored based on principal-agent perspective. Thirdly, the causes of farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior were analyzed based on institutional perspective. Finally, in order to ensure edible agro- products quality and safety from the source and promote agriculture high quality development, countermeasures were put forward to prevent farmers＇ ＂untrustworthy＂ production behavior based on farmers＇ self-discipline perspective.
