下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者认知障碍中的作用

Effect of hypothalamus-pituitary-target gland axis on cognitive impairment in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

摘要 认知障碍是指大脑学习记忆、思维判断等过程出现异常的心理障碍性病态,严重影响患者的生活质量.近年来研究发现,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(0SAHS)患者发生认知障碍的风险明显高于非0SAHS人群,但具体机制仍不清楚.有研究者发现,OSASH可引起下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴激素水平变化,而后者又可通过一系列分子机制参与认知障碍的发生、发展.相应的激素替代治疗可改善患者的认知功能,对合并认知障碍的0SAHS患者的治疗具有指导意义. Cognitive impairment refers to an abnormal psychological disorder of learning and memory,thinking and judgment,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,studies have found that the risk of cognitive impairment in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (0SAHS) was significantly higher than those without,but the exact mechanism remained unclear.Some researchers have found that OSASH could cause changes in the hormone levels of the hypothalamus-pituitarytarget gland axis,which in turn could participate in the development of cognitive disorders through a series of molecular mechanisms.Hormone replacement therapy can improve the cognitive function of patients,which is a great significance to guide the treatment of cognitive impairment of patients with 0SAHS.
