摘要
利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱以及核磁共振氢谱等检测方法,研究了原儿茶酸(PCA)和锆离子之间的相互作用。研究表明:原儿茶酸可以与锆离子发生配位反应,且原儿茶酸的酚羟基和羧基均与锆离子发生了配位反应。对原儿茶酸与锆盐(氧氯化锆)结合鞣制:陛能进行研究;结果表明:锆盐-PCA结合鞣制或PCA-锆盐结合鞣制,坯革的收缩温度最高都可达86-87℃。不同的鞣制顺序会导致到达最佳鞣制效果所需提碱的pH值不同,可能是鞣制过程中PCA、锆离子及胶原纤维三者之间的相互作用存在差别。
The interaction between protocatechuic acid (PCA) and zirconium ions was studied via ultraviolet-visi- ble spectrum (UV/Vis), infrared spectrum (IR) and 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (~H-NMR) spectrum. The results show that the phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups of PCA can coordinate with zirconium ions. The tanning performance of protocatechuic acid combined with zirconium ions was studied. The results show that both PCA-Zr combination tanning and Zr-PCA combination tanning can make the largest leather shrinkage temperature reach to 86 87℃. Different tanning order lead to different pH values for alkali to obtain optimal tanning properties, which is probably caused by the different interactions between the PCA, zirconium ions and collagen fiber.
