摘要 针对目前滚轴筛煤机存在的滚轴抗冲击能力差、推煤能力差、易引起堵煤、卡轴、箱体密封性差、冒粉严重、箱体和轴承座结构不合理等缺点,进行了改进设计。分析了新型滚轴筛煤机的工作原理,介绍了电动机和联轴器的型号参数选择方法,该新型筛煤机可大大提高工作效率,对今后筛煤机的研发、生产具有借鉴作用。 In view of the shortcomings of the present roller coal sifter, such as poor shock resistance of the roller, poor push-ing coal ability, easy to cause coal blockage, poor sealing of the box, serious pulverizing and unreasonable structure of thebox and the bearing seat, the improved design is carried out. This paper analyzes the working principle of a new type ofroller coal sifter, introduces the selection method of model parameters of motor and coupling. The new type of coal sifter cangreatly improve the working efficiency, which can be used for reference in the future research and production of coal sifter.
