摘要
为解决目前智能变电站现场调试过程中测试繁琐、存在测试盲区和难以对智能设备的系统性功能进行验证等问题,提出了一种基于过程层数据闭环的智能变电站现场站域测试技术。描述了该测试系统的特点及实现方案,并对数字化采样率自适应、电子式互感器积分特性模拟及WIFI局域网下的时钟同步等关键技术进行了说明。在变电站现场对该测试系统进行了功能验证,结果表明,该测试系统功能全面、运行稳定,可有效改善现场系统测试工作的效率,提升变电站整体验收的质量与水平。
In order to solve the problems existing in the field test of smart substation, such as the tedious work, the blind area of test, and the difficulty to verify the systematic function of intelligent equipment, ere, this paper proposed a field substation area test technology with a process layer closed loop for intelligent substation. It describes the characteristics and implementation scheme of the test system, solves the key problems, such as test data sampling rate adaptiveness, simulation of integral characteristic for the ECT and WIFI time synchronization, and verifies the function of the test system in the substation. The experimental results show that the test system has complete function and stable operation. It can effectively improve the efficiency of the system test in substation, and raise the quality and level of the overall acceptance of the substation.
