摘要
目的探讨中药柴胡与常见混伪品的鉴别方法。方法运用薄层色谱鉴别、植物鉴定、DNA分子鉴定以及药材性状鉴别方法,鉴别中药柴胡与常见混伪品。结果中药柴胡与锥叶柴胡在薄层色谱、药材性状以及植物状态方面的区别明显;经DNA分子鉴定,结果显示,与种内最大K-2-P距离相比,锥叶柴胡和中药柴胡的最小种间K-2-P距离较大;同时,与常见混伪品相比,中药柴胡呈现出单系性,容易区分。结论运用DNA分子鉴定+薄层色谱鉴别+药材性状鉴别的方式有助于准确区分中药柴胡与常见混伪品。
Objective To explore the identification methods of traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri and common adulterants.Methods TLC identification,plant identification,DNA molecular identification and identification methods of medicinal herbs were used to identify the traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri and common adulterants. Results The differences between traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri and bupleurum bicaule on thin layer chromatography,medicinal materials and plant status were obvious. The results showed that compared with the maximum k-2-p distance in the species,the k-2-p distance was larger than that between the traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri and bupleurum bicaule. At the same time,comparing with the common adulterants,the traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri presents a single system,which is easy to distinguish. Conclusion Using DNA molecular identification,TLC identification and the method of identification of medicinal herbs can help to accurately distinguish the traditional Chinese medicine radix bupleuri and common adulterants.
