摘要
毛德西教授认为胃痛是由于饮食、情志、寒邪、劳倦、体虚等因素引起的脾胃受损,气血不调,总的病机是:不通则痛,不荣则痛。毛德西教授认为胃痛临床常见寒邪客胃、饮食伤胃、湿阻中焦、木郁犯土、瘀血停滞、胃阴不足、脾胃虚弱、脾胃虚寒、脾胃阳虚等证型。对于胃痛的治疗,毛德西教授认为应明虚实,辨寒热;急则治标,缓则治本;审病因,顾肝肾。重在辨证论治,因人而异,治病求本,重视舌脉,以求得准确有效的治疗。方药选择上以经方、小方为主,活血行气,祛湿健脾,寒热温清相互配伍,达到脾胃升降有序,气血调和,胃和则痛自消。
According to Professor Mao De-xi,stomachache is caused by impaired spleen and stomach,qi and blood disharmony due to improper diet,disorder of mood,cold evil,fatigue,body deficiency and other factors.The general pathogenesis is： the pain is due to obstruction and no prosperity.He thinks that in clinical practice,there are following commonly-seen syndrome types： stagnated cold in the stomach,improper diet damaging the stomach,stagnated dampness in middle-jiao,liver depression attacking the spleen,stagnation of blood stasis,deficiency of stomach yin,weakness of spleen and stomach,deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,yang deficiency of spleen and stomach.In terms of treating stomachache,Professor Mao focuses on excess and deficiency,cold and heat should be first identified.The secondary disease should be treated first if the condition is urgent,and the primary disease should be treated first if the condition is not serious.The cause of the disease should be examined.The liver and kidney should be especially protected.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is paid attention to,and should vary from person to person.He searches for the primary cause of disease in treatment,and pay attention to inspection of tongue to in order to get accurate and effective treatment.The choice of prescription mainly focuses on classical and small prescriptions to activate blood circulation,move qi,remove dampness and invigorate the spleen,combine cold,heat,warming and clearing together,achieve the spleen-stomach ascending and descending in order,harmonize qi and blood.Harmonization of the stomach leads to disappearance of pain naturally.
