摘要
为了保质保量按时完成中俄原油管道二线工程施工任务,中俄二线项目部多次组织召开工艺评审研究会并提出保障中俄二线施工任务的方案,在可行地段因地制宜采用高效、快速的CRC全自动焊焊接工艺作为主线路焊接工艺可行方案之一。项目部开工前根据CRC全自动焊焊接工艺和施工现场特点,进行了CRC管道全自动焊焊接工艺评定,优化配置了CRC全自动焊机组人员设备,项目开工后进行的CRC全自动焊工艺现场口检验及现场应用情况表明,CRC全自动焊焊接工艺方案在中俄原油管道二线工程上完全可行、适用,其成功应用提高了项目施工效率和进度,同时验证了工艺快速、高效的施工特点,为以后管道施工积累了经验。
In order to fulfill the construction task of the second-line oil pipeline project of China and Russia on time with high quality andquantity, the project Department of the second-line oil pipeline of China and Russia has organized and held many process evaluationseminars and put forward a scheme to guarantee the construction task of the second-line oil pipeline of China and Russia. Efficient and fasCRC automatic welding process is adopted as a feasible solution for the main line welding process ina feasible location. According to CRCautomatic welding process and construction site characteristics, the project department carried out CRC pipeline automatic welding processassessment before the start of construction, optimized the configuration of CRC automatic welding machine personnel and equipment, CRCautomatic welding process after the start of the project site inspection and field application showed that CRC automatic welding processsquare. The case is completely feasible and applicable in the second-line project of Sino-Russian crude oil pipeline. Its successfuapplication improves the construction efficiency and progress of the project, and verifies the characteristics of rapid and efficienconstruction technology, which accumulates experience for future pipeline construction.
