摘要
伴随着职业教育的发展和进步,职业技能培训工作越来越重要,要结合社会需求建立更加系统化的教育管理体系,真正承担起满足社会需求和服务社会的责任,真正建立健全完整的素质化人才教育机制。文章分析了高校终身职业技能培训发展的现状,并从社会需求视角对工作开展的意义进行了阐释,集中讨论了具体专业调整机制的运行路径,仅供参考。
With the development and progress of vocational education, vocational skills training is becoming more and more im-portant. It is necessary to establish a more systematic education management system in line with social needs, truly assume the re-sponsibility of meeting social needs and serving the society, and truly establish a sound and complete quality. This paper analyzes thestatus quo of the development of lifelong vocational skills training in colleges and universities, and explains the significance of thework development from the perspective of social needs, and focuses on the operation path of the specific professional adjustmentmechanism, for reference only.
