摘要
辅助化疗是结肠癌患者围术期最重要的辅助治疗方法之一,本文从Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期结肠癌患者个体化治疗方案的选择、化疗疗程的变化、分子分型与结肠癌化疗疗效的关系、局部进展期结肠癌和老年结肠癌辅助化疗方案的选择等角度对结肠癌辅助化疗的进展做一综述,不仅可以为结肠癌术后辅助化疗提供有价值的治疗选择和参考,也可以使患者获得最佳的个体化治疗效果和生存获益。
Adjuvant chemotherapy is one of the most important auxiliary treatment for colon cancer patients before or after operation. Our study focus on the choice of individualized treatment for stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ colon cancer patients, the change of the regimen of chemotherapy, the relationship of molecular classification with the efficiency of chemotherapy for colon cancer patients, the choice of adjuvant chemotherapy for aged and locally advanced colon cancer patients and we try to summarizes the progress of adjuvant chemotherapy for colon cancer patients. By that, we can not only provide valuable guide for the selection of adjuvant chemotherapy, but also reach the best efficiency of individualized therapy and survival benefit for those colon cancer patients.
