摘要 研究血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、钙结合蛋白(S100β)水平对精神分裂症的诊断价值.用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELISA)测定124例精神分裂症患者、88例正常对照者血清3种蛋白因子的浓度.用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估3个因子的诊断价值.精神分裂症患者组血清IL-6、TNF-α和S100β浓度均明显高于正常对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).血清IL-6、TNF-α和S100β对精神分裂症的诊断截断值分别为17.62,15.36和19.60 ng/L,对应的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.68、0.57和0.65,敏感度分别为0.84,0.92和0.58,特异度分别为0.46,0.24和0.63.血清IL-6、TNF-α和S100β在精神分裂症的辅助诊断中具有一定价值. To investigate the changes of scrum IL-6,TNF-α and S100β levels and their value in the auxiliary diagnosis of schizophrenia, the case-control study was conducted.The levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α and S100β were measured by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 124 inpatients with schizophrenia and 88 healthy controls. The auxiliary diagnosis value of serum IL-6,TNF-α and S100β were evaluated with the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The levels of serum in the schizophrenia ease group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈0.05) .The cutoff values of serum in the auxiliary diagnosis of schizophrenia were 17.62,15.36 and 19.60 ng/L respectively, the corresponding areas under the ROC were 0.68, 0.57 and 0.65 respectively, the sensitivities were 0.84, 0.92 and 0.58 respectively, and the specificities were 0.46, 0.24 and 0.63 respectively. The levels of serum have a certain value in the auxiliary diagnosis of schizophrenia.
