摘要 针对大型散货船横舱壁底凳与内底连接处的应力集中及疲劳问题,基于散货船、油船协调共同结构规范(CSR-H)要求,通过有限元法对该热点区域的应力水平及疲劳寿命进行评估和分析。以某大型散货船重压载舱横舱壁底凳与内底连接处为例,探讨了多种结构加强方案,提出了较优的加强方案,为后续CSR-H散货船结构设计提供了参考。 According to the stress concentration and fatigue problem of the connection between the transverse bulkhead lower stool and the inner bottom on a bulk carrier, finite element method (FEM) is taken to evaluate and analyze the stress and fatigue life of the hot spot area based on the harmonized common structural rule (HCSR). Several structure reinforcement schemes are discussed to provide an optimized one by the finite element calculation of the connection between the transverse bulkhead lower stool and the inner bottom on a large bulk carrier’s heavy ballast tank. It can provide reference for the future structural design of bulk carriers complying with HCSR.
