摘要
现代教育技术能力是英语教师能力结构的重要组成部分。文章对安徽省24所高校559位英语教师的教育技术能力进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示:高校英语教师教育技术意识较强,但对教育技术理论知识不够熟悉;缺乏优秀的课件资源建设能力,一些常规教育技术工具和教学软件的操作能力有待进一步提高;网络课程的开发和应用能力差;年龄、职称、学历与教育技术能力相关性较强;不同层次院校教师教育技术能力存在一定差异;影响教师教育技术能力形成的因素主要包括教师学习动力不足、学习途径单一、信息化教学资源建设与环境建设不够等。
Modern education technology competence is an important part in English teacher’s competence structure. A questionnaire survey is carried out with 559 English teachers from 24 universities in Anhui province. The research findings show that college English teachers have strong sense of education technology awareness but their theoretical knowledge is not enough and lack of excellent courseware resource. They are supposed to improve their competence operating some regular education technology tools and software. The factors such as age,title of technical post,and education background are corelated with education technology skills. There is difference between teachers in schools of various levels. The negative factors include low level of motivation,sole learning approach,and inadequate resource.
