摘要
官厅水库特大桥主桥为双塔单跨悬索桥,为国内首座大跨度全焊接免涂装耐候钢公路桥,主要材质为Q345qENH。生产制造前,笔者根据不同的因素进行了选材试验,在选材试验的基础上进行了多种焊接接头的焊接工艺评定试验,为焊接工艺的编制提供了依据。
The main bridge of GUANTING Reservoir Bridge is a double-tower single-span suspension bridge.It isthe first long -span fully welded weather -resistant steel highway bridge in China.The main material isQ345qENH.Before manufacture, author has carried on the material selection test according to different factors,and has carried on the welding procedure qualification test of various welding joints on the basis of the materialselection test, which provides the basis for the preparation of welding procedure.
