摘要
由于宁东矿区各煤矿煤层均存在自燃发火期短的情况,回采收尾阶段极易出现工作面自燃着火现象或者是回撤阶段出现自燃着火,为矿井的安全生产带来了很大影响,且一旦工作面自燃,为矿井安全生产带来隐患,且需要投入大量的人力物力进行处理。因此,回采工作面防灭火成为制约矿井发展的重中之重了。石槽村煤矿经过理论研究与多次试验总结,在易自燃煤层6煤回收工作面采用新型回撤工艺进行回收,通过内外回撤通道有目的性的将工作面分段进行回收,彻底的杜绝了煤层的自燃发火,实现了真正意义上的安全回收,为相同条件的煤层工作面回撤提供了有利的借鉴意义。
Due to the short spontaneous combustion period in every coal seam in Ningdong mining area, it is easy to appear the phenomenon of spontaneous combustion in coal face at the final stage of mining or spontaneous ignition in the stage of retracement, which has a great impact on the safe production of the mine. And once the coal face is in spontaneous combustion, it brings hidden trouble for mine safety produc- tion, and needs to invest a lot of manpower and material resources to deal with. Therefore, the mining face fire-prevention and extinguishment has become the most important restricting thing in the development of the mine. After theoretical study and many tests summaIT, a new type of retracement technology is adopted in No. 6 coal recovery face of self-combustible coal seam in Shicaocun Coal Mine, and the working face is re- covered by using internal and external retreating channels. It has completely eliminated the spontaneous com- bustion of coal seam, realized the real safe recovery, and provided the beneficial reference significance for the coal seam face retreating under the same conditions.
