品管圈对降低病房呼叫器使用率成效分析

摘要 目的探讨运用质量管理工具对降低病房呼叫器使用率及护理满意度的影响。方法我科于2016年3月由8名护士成立品管圈小组,确定降低病房呼叫器使用率为活动主题,分析呼叫器使用率高的原因,针对要因提出对策并实施。结果加、取液体是呼叫器使用的主要原因,通过品管圈活动,呼叫器使用次数明显减少,由124.77次/(百人·d)降至35.30次/(百人·d)。结论通过品管圈活动的开展,降低了病房呼叫器使用率。 Objective To explore the impact of using quality management tools on reducing the use of ward callers and nursing satisfaction.Methods In March 2016,our department set up a quality control circle group by 8 nurses to determine the activity theme of reducing the use rate of the ward caller,analyze the reasons for the high use rate of the pager,and propose countermeasures and implementation for the cause.Results Adding and taking liquid is the main reason for the use of the pager.Through the quality control circle activity,the number of use of the pager is significantly reduced,from 124.77 times/(lO0 people-d)to 35.30 times/(lO0 people-d) Conclusion Through the development of quality control circle activities,the use rate of ward callers has been reduced.
