摘要
目的研究丹红注射液与前列地尔联合用药方案治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果以及对血流动力学的影响,为临床医师选择合理用药方案提供参考。方法选取2016年12月～2017年12月在本院诊治的缺血性脑血管病患者152例,采取随机数字分组法分成观察组和对照组,每组76例。对照组患者给予前列地尔治疗,观察组患者给予丹红注射液+前列地尔治疗,对比治疗前后两组患者的神经功能缺损程度、血流动力学指标值。结果经过1个疗程(14 d)的治疗,观察组患者NIHSS评分(5.28±0.45)低于对照组(8.47±0.67)(P<0.05);观察组患者的双侧大脑中动脉、前动脉、椎动脉的收缩期平均高速血流值、舒张期平均血流速度值高于对照组,且各个动脉的平均血流阻力指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液与前列地尔联合用于缺血性脑血管病的治疗中有助于促进患者神经功能恢复,改善脑组织的血流状况,推荐在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease and its influence on hemodynamics, to provide reference for clinicians, leading to rational drug options. Methods 152 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 76 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with alprostadil. The patients in the observation group were treated with Danhong injection plus alprostadil. Neurological deficits and hemodynamics values of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After one course of treatment （14 d）, the NIHSS score （5.28±0.45） in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （8.47±0.67） （P〈0.05）. In terms of bilateral middle cerebral artery, anterior artery and vertebral body, the mean high-velocity blood flow value and the average diastolic blood flow velocity of the arteries in observation group were higher than those factors in the control group, and the mean blood flow resistance index of each artery was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danhong injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment ofischemic cerebrovascular disease can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the blood flow of brain tissue. It should be recommended to be applied clinically.
