摘要
目的分析低T3综合征患者的临床情况。方法选择本院2017年1月～2017年12月接收的低T_3综合征患者153例,标记为患者组,另选取同期在本院接受体检的健康者150例,标记为健康组,检测两组患者的FT_3、FT_4、TSH水平,并检测患者治疗后的FT_3、FT_4、TSH水平,观察检测结果。结果患者组各原发病类型患者的FT_3水平均低于健康组,发热疾病、糖尿病及其并发症患者的FT_4水平低于健康组及其他原发病类型,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组与健康组TSH水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗完成后,各原发疾病患者FT_3水平高于治疗前,且发热疾病、糖尿病及其并发症患者FT_4水平高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余并未发生明显变化。结论低T_3综合征患者显著降低FT_3水平,但不会改变TSH水平,经积极治疗原发病后,可提高患者FT_3水平,改善患者预后。
Objective To analyze the clinical situation of patients with low- T3 syndrome. Methods 153 patients with low T3 syndrome were se- lected from January 2017 to December 2017, marked as the patient group, and 150 healthy persons who received physical examination in our hospi- tal at the same time were selected as the healthy group. The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH in the two groups were measured. After treatment, the levels of FT3, FT4, TSH were measured and the results were observed. Results The levels of FT3 in patients with primary diseases were lower than those in healthy controls, and the FT4 levels in patients with febrile diseases, diabetes mellitus and their complications were lower than those in healthy pa- tients. There was no significant difference in the level of TSH between the patients group and the healthy group. After the treatment, the FT3 level of the patients with primary diseases was higher than that of the patients before treatment and the febrile diseases. The level of FT4 in patients with dia- betes mellitus and its complications was significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with low- T3 syndrome can significantly reduce the level of FT3, but will not change the level of TSH, after active treatment of primary disease, can improve the FT3 level of pa- tients and improve the prognosis of patients.
