摘要
高层建筑在实际使用过程中,会由于当地地质水文特点以及施工质量等原因出现不同程度的沉降变形。高层建筑沉降变形是不可避免的,通常,在设计建筑物时都会估算出大致的沉降数值,一旦实际沉降变形量超过设计数值,就会影响建筑物的稳定性,进而威胁到居民的生命财产安全。
In the practical use of high-rise buildings, settlement and deformation will occur in varying degrees due to local geological and hydrological characteristics and the construction quality. The settlement deformation of high-rise building is inevitable, usually, the approximate settlement value is estimated in the design of the building. Once the actual settlement deformation exceeds the design value, the stability of the building will be affected, in turn, it threatens the safety of residents' lives and property.
