摘要
论文研究的主要目的是明确资金集中管理模式对中石化企业财务管理的重要意义,首先对中石化进行资金集中管理的重要意义进行系统探究,发现了在现今财务共享模式下中石化企业的资金集中管理中存在着对资金集中管理的信息数据分析不透彻、没能均衡的支配企业资金资源、资金使用不合理等问题,针对这些问题提出相关的优化策略,以供相关读者参考借鉴。
The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the important significance of centralized capital management mode to the financial management of Sinopec enterprises. Firstly, the paper systematically explores the important significance of centralized fund management in Sinopec enterprises, and finds out some problems in the centralized capital management of Sinopec enterprises under the current financial sharing mode, such as the information and data of centralized fund management are not thoroughly analyzed, the distribution of enterprise capital resources is unbalance, and the use of funds is unreasonable. In view of these problems, the corresponding optimization measures are put forward,for reference.
