摘要
液晶玻璃熔窑普遍采用混合加热方式提供热量,以电加热为主、燃气辅助加热的熔制方式,燃料能与电能的配比是玻璃熔制的重要影响因素,合理的能量配比有助于提高熔制工艺的稳定性、熔化质量以及熔窑寿命。本文主要探讨液晶玻璃熔窑能量配比对工艺稳定、玻璃品质及熔窑寿命的影响。
liquid crystal glass furnace generally uses mixed heating mode to provide heat, electric heating and gas assisted heating. The ratio of fuel energy and electric energy is an important factor in glass melting. The reasonable ratio of energy can help to improve the stability of the melting process, the melting quality and the life of the furnace. The influence of energy ratio of liquid crystal glass furnace on process stability, glass quality and furnace life is mainly discussed in this paper.
