摘要
针对现有弯管加工工艺中存在的问题,提出了弯管机弯形加工工艺的具体实施方案,即在弯形方式上不再采用原先装砂弯曲方法,而选择在W27YPC-63微电脑控制液压弯管机上弯曲。设计了专用于弯管的弯形模具,通过试验摸索回弹量以对弯形模具进行修正。设计了专用检测工装对弯制后的弯管进行检测。实践证明,改进后的加工方法不再进行筛砂、装砂、出砂,极大地改善了工作环境,获得了良好的加工质量,满足了弯管的技术要求,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本,减轻了劳动强度,具有良好的经济性。
According to the problems of bending pipe fabrication,this paper put forward a concrete implementation scheme of pipe bending machine processing technic.It was bended under the hydraulic pipe bender controlled by W27 YPC-63 microcomputer instead of original sand loading bending.Got bending mould amendment through testing resilience value for many times,designed special inspection tooling that was used to test bending pipes after bending.Practice proved processing method without sand riddling and sand loading improved working environment,obtained good processing quality,satisfied the processing with the bending pipe,had high productivity,reduced product cost,reduced labor intensity and achieved the good economic performance.
