摘要
脱屑性唇炎病位在唇,与脾胃密切相关,可兼及心肝肾,基本病机为胃强脾弱致积热火毒上攻口唇,治当健脾消积、清热解毒、养血润唇。内治须辨虚实,积热胃火偏实,予枳术消积丸化裁消积导滞、清胃泻火;脾虚血燥偏虚,予十全十美汤加减益气健脾,养血润燥;虚实并重者,予消积养阴汤加减健脾消积,清热养阴。
The location of defandrative cheilitis is the lip,which is usually related to the spleen and stomach,and sometime involved with heart,liver and kidney. The basic pathogenesis is the accumulating heat attacking lips caused by spleen deficiency while stomach fire excess. Treatment should be based on tonifying spleen and eliminating stagnation,clearing heat and detoxification,nourishing blood and moistening lips. Internal treatment needs to distinguish the deficiency and excess. Modified Zhizhu Xiaoji Pills（ 枳术消积丸） should be used in patients with heat accumulation and stomach fire excess to eliminate food stagnation and clear stomach heat and fire. Modified Shiquan Shimei Decoction（ 十全十美汤） is used to replenish qi and tonify spleen,nourish blood and moisten dryness for patients with spleen deficiency and blood dryness. Modified Xiaoji Yangxin Decoction（ 消积养阴汤） should be used for patients with coexistence of deficiency and excess to tonify spleen and eliminate stagnation,clear heat and nourish yin.
