温度对聚酰亚胺表面充电特性影响的实验与数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 空间环境的温度变化会对航天器表面介质材料的带电程度造成不同的影响。为了研究环境温度变化对航天器介质材料带电特性的影响,利用地面模拟试验设备在不同温度下对聚酰亚胺的表面充电特性进行实验研究。实验结果表明,当环境温度变化范围为273.15 K至363.15 K时,聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面充电平衡电位逐渐降低,当电子能量为25 ke V,束流密度为1 n A/cm2时,表面充电平衡电位变化范围为-6 500 V至-2 040 V。基于电流平衡方程建立不同温度下的聚酰亚胺材料表面充电数值模型。通过对比数值模拟结果与实验结果,发现拟合较好,验证了模型的正确性。研究结论可为航天器介质材料面对温度变化时的带电防护提供参考。 Temperature variation in space environment will bring different effects to charge level of spacecraft dielectric material. In order to research the influences of temperature on spacecraft dielectric materials,we experimentally studied the surface charging characteristics of polyimide at different temperatures by using ground simulation test equipment. Test results show that when the ambient temperature range is from 273.15 K to 363.15 K, the balance value of surface potential of polyimide film is gradually decreased;when the electron energy is 25 Ke V and the beam density is 1 n A/cm2, the balance value of surface potential is-6 500 V to-2 040 V. A numerical model for the surface charging of polyimide materials under different temperatures was established based on the current balance equation.Compared the experimental results with the numerical simulation results, it is found that both of them fit well, which verifies the correctness of the model.The research conclusions can provide a reference for the protection of the spacecraft dielectric materials in the face of temperature changes.
