摘要
为了研究微通道光管换热器的特性,本文对单根管、单排三根管、两排六根管的管外扰流进行了数值模拟。在R134a制冷系统中,蒸发器和冷凝器端都用微通道换热器改装并进行试验研究。结果表明:相比于大管径换热器,小管径换热性能更好;同排管束之间、排与排之间流场对边界层有影响。0.7 mm单管光管的模拟结果与实验数据吻合良好,对进一步换热性能分析有指导意义。
In order to study the operation characteristics of a micro-channel smooth-tube heat exchanger, numerical simulation was conducted for air flow around a single tube, single row of three tubes and two rows of six tubes. In R134 a refrigeration system, micro-channel is used as evaporator and condenser respectively. The results show that the heat transfer performance of small diameter tube is better than that of large diameter. The flow field of same row tube and between the rows has an influence on the boundary layer Numerical simulation result for the single micro-channel smooth tube with external diameter of 0.7 mm agrees well with the experimental data, and have guiding significance for further analysis of heat transfer performance.
