飞机直流用电设备供电兼容性测试系统设计

摘要 为解决飞机用电设备与供电系统电源特性兼容测试问题,研究了270V直流用电设备的供电特性测试技术,设计开发了由基础电源叠加瞬变功率源的可控激励电源及基于虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统,采用灌电流和吸电流方法为供电设备提供正常供电、电压瞬变和供电故障等供电状态,并且对测试系统输出端供电状态和负载输入端供电状态进行对比,精准模拟电压瞬变、电流畸变等,检测用电设备在不同供电状态及特定负载特性条件下的性能。该系统可以达到快速响应、动作时间精准控制的使用要求。 In order to solve the problem of the compatibility test between aircraft electric equipment and power supply system, the power supply characteristic test technology of 270 volt DC power supply equipment was studied, a controlled ex citation power supply with a powerpac basic superimposed transient power source was designed, and an automatic test sys tern based on virtual instrument technology was also designed. It used the method of charging current and absorbing current to provide power supply states such as normal power supply, voltage transient change, power supply failure and so on. The test system compared output power supply state with input power supply state, and accurately simulated the voltage transient change and current distortion. The performance of electric equipment under different power supply conditions and specific load characteristics was detected. This system can meet the requirements of fast response and precise operation time control.
