摘要
采用不同温度下的铬酸溶液对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)板材表面进行刻蚀处理,并进行涂胶粘结。分别探讨了刻蚀温度、刻蚀时间以及粘结时间对UHMWPE板材粘结强度的影响。通过红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜对板材的刻蚀表面进行观察、分析。结果表明:80℃为最佳刻蚀温度,20 min为最佳刻蚀时间,6 d为获得稳定粘结强度的最佳时间。
Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) sheet is treated by chromic acid ofdifferent temperature, and being glued. Study on bonding strength of UHMWPE sheet effect of differenttemperature, different time and different bonding time. The surface were observed and analyzed by IR,SEM. Results show that 80 ℃ for the optimal etching temperature, 20 minute for the optimal etchingtime, 6 day to obtain stable adhesive strength of the minimum time.
