摘要
逆变过流是神华十二轴电力机车牵引系统的主要故障之一,已分析确定的故障原因有十几种,而在不同工况下不同故障原因导致故障特征量变化可达上百种,故障分析及处理有一定难度。根据专家经验提取故障诊断特征变量,应用数据挖掘方法及根据特征统计分析定位故障,可提高故障诊断准确性及鲁棒性。
Inverter overcurrent is one of the main faults in the traction system of Shenhua twelve-axle electric locomotive, which involves dozen fault causes that have been analyzed and determined, and in different working conditions, there are hundreds of fault characteristic change caused by different reasons, which lead to difficulties of analyzing and dealing with the faults. Fault feature variables were extracted according to expert experience, and fault was located based on the application of data mining and characteristics of statistics analysis method, which improved the accuracy and robustness of fault diagnosis.
