AP1000设备闸门贯穿筒体与插板关键制造工艺研究

摘要 对AP1000核电机组设备闸门功能和结构进行了介绍。在AP1000设备闸门国内首次制造,尚缺乏可借鉴的制造经验的情况下,对关键部件贯穿筒体和插板制造工艺难点及质量风险进行技术分析,从贯穿筒体和插板的单件成型、焊接、组装、临时工装使用,过程检查,质量控制及监督等多方面制造环节进行研究,形成了一套行之有效的制造工艺方法,并应用于多个AP1000项目核电机组设备闸门的制造,使得设备闸门的结构和功能符合设计图样要求。通过试验和生产实践证明,采用该工艺方法达到了制造过程质量可控、制造技术可行的目的,为后续AP1000设备闸门的制造和质量控制提供了工程经验和依据。 The function and structure of AP1000 nuclear power unit equipment hatch were introduced,the equipment hatch was first manufactured at home on the condition of absence of reference manufacturing experience,made technical analysis of difficulty and quality risk of manufacturing process for key components-impenetrate shell and insert plate of equipment Hatch.Through research from aspects of forming of single part,welding,assembling,usage of temporary accessory,process check,quality control and surveillance,a suit of effective manufacturing process was gotten,and implemented it to multi projects of nuclear power unit equipment hatch manufacturing,thus ensured structure and function of equipment hatch and meet the requirement of design drawing.Testifying and production practice showed that it achieved the purpose of controllable quality and effective manufacturing process.It also provided engineering experience and evidence for manufacturing and quality control of subsequent AP1000 equipment hatch.
