摘要
目的:探讨分析《济阴纲目》中妇人癥瘕积聚的用药规律。方法:收集并整理《济阴纲目》中治疗癥瘕积聚的方剂,运用SPSS modeler 18.0进行数据挖掘。结果:共纳入60首方剂,涉及药物121种,累计475频次;频次≥5的药物共33味,前2位依次为肉桂(5.26%)、大黄(4.63%);药物分类统计共分22类,其中活血化瘀药(26.95%)、温里药(11.37%)累积频次最高。关联规则分析可得三棱与莪术、当归与肉桂等20组核心组合。聚类分析方面,共分为5类。结论:《济阴纲目》中妇人癥瘕积聚的用药具有以下特点:活/破血,消癥,以通为主;温散,温行,以温消积;益气,和血,寓补于消。
Objective: To statistically analyze composition principles of abdominal masses in Synopsis of Treating Women's Diseases. Methods: Prescriptions recorded in Synopsis of Treating Women's Diseases were collected and coordinated. SPSS modeler 18.0 was used to do the data mining. Results: A total of 60 prescriptions were included, involving 121 herbs, with 475 times of using frequency. The number of herbs using frequency〉~5 was 33, and the top 2 were Cinnamomum cassia (5.26%) and Rheum palmatum (4.63%). In the classification statistics, the herbs were divided into 22 categories. The top 2 categories were blood circulation herbs (26.95%) and interior-warming herbs (11.37%). In the association rules analysis, there were 20 sets of core combinations, such as Sparganium stoloniferum and Rhizoma Curcumae, Angelica sinensis and Cinnamomum cassia. In the cluster analysis, the herbs were divided and summarized into five categories. Conclusion: The composition principles of prescriptions for abdominal masses in Synopsis of Treating Women's Diseases are: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, which focused on the elimination; warming the interior to digest and clean lumps, which focused on the warmth; replenishing qi and enriching the blood, strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogens.
