摘要
犬可以感染羊种、牛种、猪种和犬种等多种布鲁菌。随着我国养犬数量的不断增加,犬作为布鲁菌的重要宿主,将布鲁菌传播给人类的风险骤然增加。目前,我国已有多个省份报道存在犬布鲁菌病的发生,也出现了通过犬感染人的相关病例,但是犬在布鲁菌病传播中的重要作用仍没有受到足够重视。论文通过对犬布鲁菌病的流行情况、流行病学、临床症状、诊断方法和治疗方案等多个方面进行阐述,以期为预防和控制犬布鲁菌病提供参考。
Canine could be infected with various kinds of Brucella strains, such as B.melitensis ,B.abortus, B.suis and B.canis.With the growth of canine breeding number,the risk of transmitting Brucella to humans has increased significantly,as canine is an important host of Brucella spp.At present, the occurrence of canine brucellosis has been reported in a number of provinces in China,and dog-to-human transmission has also been reported.However, the important role of canines in the spread of brucellosis is still ignored. For providing a reference of prevention and control of canine brucellosis, the prevalence, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and treatment plan of canine brucellosis were reviewed in this manuscript.
