摘要
在多运营主体流域梯级水电站参与的日前市场出清模型,下游电站作为价格接受者,且出力主要由上游电站中标量决定,但可利用有限出力裕度制定自调度投标策略,拓展收益空间。针对下游电站中标曲线滞后于上游电站,容易错过负荷、电价高峰的问题,提出"峰前腾库、峰后蓄水"出力调整策略来增厚收益;针对天气变化带来下游电站入库流量大尺度波动,消纳困难,提出"调蓄削峰"两阶段出力优化调整策略,以平稳泄流、缓解弃水。下游电站将出力调整曲线上报市场运营机构,进行自调度投标,实现增发增收。最后,以某包含梯级上、下游水电站的系统为例,进行市场交易仿真模拟,结果表明所提策略可有效提高下游电站收益、降低弃水。
In the day-ahead market clearing model with participation of multi-operator cascade hydropower stations,the downstream power station as price-taker cannot decide the clearing price,and its output is mainly determined by the accepted bidding quantity of upstream station.But the downstream power station can utilize the limited power generating margin to formulate the self-scheduling bidding strategy to expand benefit space.In view of the problems that the accepted bidding quantity curve of downstream power station lags behind that of the upstream power station,and it is easy to miss load or price peak,the output adjusting strategy of"pre-peak reservoir release and post-peak impound"is proposed to increase the revenue.For the problem of large-scale fluctuation in downstream power station inflow brought by weather changes,and the difficulty in consumption,the two-stage output optimization and regulation strategy of "storage and peak shaving"is put forward to smoothly discharge water flow and alleviate water abandoning.The downstream power station will report the regulating output curve to market operator for self-scheduling bidding and achieving additional income.Finally,a system including upstream and downstream cascade hydropower stations,is taken as example for market transaction simulation.The results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the income of downstream power station and reduce water release.
