摘要 随着矿山规模与采深的加大,极软弱围岩巷道支护问题也日益凸显。以福建某铁矿主斜井穿越极软弱围岩地层为研究背景,基于对国内外极软地层巷道支护现状的分析,结合数值模拟分析,提出了采用锚、网、梁、喷、注联合支护形式来解决斜井穿越极软地层的巷道支护难题。工程实践表明:采用锚、网、梁、喷、注联合支护形式能有效解决斜井穿越极软地层围岩大变形问题,支护效果良好,技术和经济效益可观,可对类似条件巷道进行推广应用。 With the enlarging mine size and increasing mining depth, the problem of extremely soft rock roadway supportis becoming increasingly prominent. Taking the main inclined shaft of an iron mine in Fujian province crossing the extremely weak surrounding rock strata as the research background, and based on the status quo of support technology of extremely soft rock and in combination with the numerical simulation analysis, the combined support system of anchor, network, beam, spraying and injection etc. is proposed to solve the difficult problem of extremely soft rock roadway support. The engineering application shows that, the combined support technique can effectively solve the great deformation of inclined shaftcutting through the extremely soft rock with good support effect, with substantial technological and economic benefits, and it is hoped that the technique can be promoted and applied to similar projects.
