摘要
目的总结全国名老中医药专家传承指导老师李七一教授治疗心系系统疾病学术观点及临床中医辨证及用药经验。方法通过跟师门诊抄方、阅读李七一教授中医临床相关学术观点著作、整理其治疗心系疾病的三例典型病例并加以分析,总结李七一教授诊疗心系疾病的思路及用药经验。结果李七一教授中医中药辨证论治胸痹心痛、心衰病、失眠,结合患者复杂症候进行辨证论治,取得满意临床治疗效果。结论李七一教授诊治心系疾病取得良好的临床疗效,值得学习和借鉴。
Objective To summarize the academic view and clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and medication experience the national famous old Chinese medicine experts inheritance instructor Professor Li Qiyi in treating heart system disease. Methods Through copying with architect outpatient parties,reading the Professor Li Qiyi＇s related clinically relevant academic point of view of traditional Chinese medicine works,the three typical cases in the treatment of heart diseases was sorted out and analyzed,and Professor Li directing clinical heart disease diagnosis and treatment and medication experience was summarized. Results Professor Li Qiyi of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment of obstruction of heartache,heart disease,insomnia,combined with dialectical treatment in patients with complex symptoms,and satisfactory clinical effect was obtained. Conclusion Professor Li Qiyi achieves good clinical curative effect,which is worth learning and using for reference.
