摘要
目的探究经胸小切口房间隔缺损封堵术治疗房间隔缺损的疗效。方法将2014年1月~2017年12月在我院接受治疗的490例房间隔缺损患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同对患者实施分组,249例接受经胸小切口房间隔缺损封堵术治疗患者为封堵组,241例接受经典外科手术治疗患者为手术组,对两组患者手术前后的超声心动图变化情况、手术相关指标以及手术成功率进行综合评价。结果封堵组患者术后左室舒张末内径、左房前后径均得到改善,显著优于手术组(P <0. 05),有统计学意义;封堵组患者手术时间较手术组短,住院费用低于手术组,切口长度、术后住院时间等均小于手术组(P <0. 05),有统计学意义。结论经胸小切口房间隔缺损封堵术治疗房间隔缺损能够促进患者术后恢复,手术成功率高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect with small incision in treatment of atrial septal defect. Methods Four hundred and ninty patients with atrial septal defect treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were enrolled. According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into 2 groups,249 cases were treated with transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect,241 cases underwent surgery as the control group. Before and after operation,the changes of echocardiogram,operation related indexes and operation success rate were comprehensively evaluated.Results The left ventricular diastolic diameter and left anteroposterior diameter of left atrium were improved in the observation group,which was significantly better than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. The operation time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the hospitalization cost was higher than the control group,the length of the incision and the time of hospitalization after the operation were all smaller than the control group（P〈 0. 05）,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect with small incision can promote postoperative recovery and high success rate. It is worthy of popularization and application.
