摘要
智能制造是当前传统制造企业产业升级的必由之路,在智能制造系统的组成中,MES系统及其构成部分是实现智能制造的一个关键环节,在制造业信息化过程中起着协调和传递企业生产计划和生产信息的纽带作用。该文以汽车轮毂生产线为平台,设计了智能制造系统的总体架构,将MES系统、PLC技术、机床控制、机器人控制及RFID技术有效结合,完成了企业的智能化生产过程,对同类企业进行智能制造技术的应用提供了可借鉴的经验。
Intelligent manufacturing is the only way which must be passed the current industry of traditional manufacturing enterprises to upgrade,in intelligent manufacturing systems in MES system and its components is a key link of intelligent manufacturing,it plays a role in the coordination and transfer of production planning and production of information enterprise in informatization of manufacturing industry.Based on the production line for automobile hub platform,designed the overall architecture of intelligent manufacturing system,MES system,PLC technology,machine control,robot control and RFID technology combined the intelligent enterprises in the production process,and provide reference for the application of intelligent manufacturing technology of similar enterprises.
