摘要
近年来,国家开放大学财经类专业发展态势良好,自2016年起,招生规模明显回升。为了更好地推进财经类专业下一步的教学及改革工作,因材施教,有必要分析当前生源的结构特点。本研究基于相关数据,从年龄构成、性别比例、区域分布、职业结构、专科转化率等角度,对财经类专业学生群体的主要特征进行描述。同时探究了婚姻与性别,办学规模与经济发展水平,职业构成与专业选择等变量之间的关联。这些发现对于当前财经类专业正在开展的课程体系设计、教学资源建设、学习支持服务和体系办学等工作具有现实的指导意义。
The finance and economics major of the Open University of China is prospering in recent years. Since 2016, the enrollment scale has rallied. In order to promote teaching, reform and teach students according to their characteristics, it is necessary to analyze current major structure. Based on relevant data, this research describes the main features of these majors in the aspects of age, sex, region, occupation and rate of transformation from junior college programs to bachelor programs. It also explores the relevance between the variables including marriage and sex, scale of running school and economic development, occupation and program. The research findings will provide guidance for the on-going curriculum design, teaching resources construction, learner support service and systemic school running, etc.
