摘要
接触片冲压模具加工零件简单,制造难度适中,为保证制件平整性以及制件上各个孔的位置精确度和凸凹模的强度,本设计采用级进模冲压。基于此,本文首先分析冲压件的工艺,然后探讨主要零部件设计。
In order to ensure the smoothness of the parts, the position accuracy of the holes on the parts and the strength of the punch and die, the progressive die is used in this design. Based on this, this paper first analyzed the stamping process, and then discussed the main parts design.
