摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展,人们生活水平不断提高,越来越多的房屋建筑拔地而起。对于房屋建筑来说,建筑质量是最关键的,它关系到老百姓的住,与老百姓的生活息息相关。而建筑质量中的防水施工又是重中之重,很多地方都有梅雨季节,一旦到了那个时候,雨水特别多,如果防水施工不能做得好,那么房屋建筑工程的整体质量就会大打折扣,房屋建筑就会存在重大的安全隐患。为避免建筑物渗漏问题,这就需要从根本上对防水施工质量进行控制。本文将结合实际的房屋建筑工程的防水施工,详细介绍防水施工的各项技术,为后续提升房屋建筑工程防水施工能力提供理论基础。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China＇s economy, people＇s living standards continue to improve, and more and more housing buildings have sprung up. For housing construction, building quality, which is closely related to the lives of ordinary people, is the most critical, and the waterproof construction in building quality is the top priority. Many places have the plum rain season, in which the rain is particularly heavy. If the waterproof construction cannot be done well, the overall quality of housing construction engineering will be greatly reduced, and there will be major safety hazards in the building construction. In order to avoid the leakage of the building, it is necessary to fundamentally control the quality of the waterproof construction. In this paper, combined with the actual waterproof construction of housing construction engineering, waterproof construction technology is introduced in detail, so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for subsequent improvement of waterproof construction capacity of housing construction engineering.
