摘要
共享发展涵盖多个方面的内容,社会服务作为一种重要的公共服务是其应有之意,在构建现代社会福利制度和全民幸福美好生活中发挥着基础性、核心性和战略性作用。以共享发展理念统领青海社会服务全面发展,就必须立足青海实际,在国家共享发展总的布局和社会服务体系构建中,明确青海社会服务体系建设的主要任务,找准发展路径,全面协调推进青海社会服务体制机制改革和创新,构建符合区域经济社会发展的现代社会服务体系。同时注重发挥共享发展理念的引领作用、推动实现社会的公平正义、不断完善现代社会服务体系也是在共享发展中青海社会服务领域应处理好的几个重要问题。
Shared development covers several aspects,and social service as an important type of public service is what it intends to be,and it plays a basic,core and strategic role in establishing the modern social welfare system and building a happy and good life for all the citizens.In order to lead the comprehensive development of the social service in Qinghai under the concept of shared development,it must be based on the reality in Qinghai,and the main tasks in constructing Qinghai social service system must be defined and the development path has to be found,while comprehensively and harmoniously promoting the transformations and innovations in Qinghai social service system,and building a modem social service system that is in conformity with regional economic social development.Meanwhile,attention need to be paid to the leading role of the shared development concept while the matters such as trying to achieve fairness and justice in society,and continuously improving the modern social service system are also some of the most critical matters that need to be taken care of in the domain of social service in Qinghai during the shared development.
