摘要
以R公司知识型员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式,利用SPSS19.0软件对员工工作满意度进行实证研究,最后根据调查统计结果以及实习的切身感受,分别从工资待遇、激励机制、绩效管理、参与决策以及培养人才五个方面提出相应对策和建议,以期提高R公司知识型员工的工作满意度,提升企业管理水平。
To study the knowledge employees of Company R, the author uses the questionnaire survey method, and SPSS19.0 software to conduct empirical research on employee job satisfaction.Finally, based on the survey results and the experience of the internship,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: salary treatment, incentive mechanism, performance management, participation in decision-making and training talents,in order to improve the job satisfaction of the knowledge employees of R Company and the management level of the company.
