摘要
目的:探讨肾上腺肿瘤的影像诊断和鉴别诊断。方法:收治肾上腺肿瘤患者150例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:150例患者中,发生腺瘤50例,结节状增生35例,嗜铬细胞瘤45例,转移瘤5例,皮质腺癌6例,髓质脂肪瘤9例。结论:不同病理的肾上腺肿瘤在CT中的表现具有比较突出的特异性,将影像学诊断运用在肾上腺肿瘤的临床诊断以及鉴别诊断过程中,具有非常好的临床价值。
Objective：To explore the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumor.Methods：150 patients with adrenal tumors were selected and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Among the 150 patients,there were 50 cases of adenoma,35 cases of nodular hyperplasia,45 cases of pheochromocytoma,5 cases of metastatic tumor,6 cases of cortical adenocarcinoma and 9 cases of medullary lipoma.Conclusion：Adrenal tumors with different pathology had specific manifestations
in CT,imaging diagnosis was of great clinical value in the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumors.
